Based on the basic roll-fed bag machine, the fully automatic roll-fed bag machine adds automatic paper handle production and installation capabilities, achieving fully automated production of paper bags with handles.

3. Sheet fed paper bag machine: Focus on high-end customized paper bags
The core difference between the single-sheet paper bag machine and the first two types of models lies in the "paper feeding method" - it uses "sheet paper" as raw material (the paper needs to be cut into single sheets that meet the unfolded size of the paper bag in advance, and can be pre-processed with lamination, hot stamping, embossing, etc.). It is mainly used for the production of high-end tote paper bags and high-end paper bags with handles. It is the preferred equipment for companies focusing on brand customization and high-end packaging business.
The production of high-end paper handbags, intended for luxury goods, high-end cosmetics, and gift items, demands high levels of appearance, printing precision, and process complexity. White cardboard and specialty papers are often used, and surface treatments such as lamination (for waterproofing, wear resistance, and enhanced gloss), hot stamping (for metallic logos), embossing (for textures like leather grain and stripes), and UV printing (for enhanced three-dimensional design) are possible. Sheet-fed paper bag machines stack pre-treated sheets on the machine's feeder.

When producing high-end paper bags with handles, 100-190gsm kraft paper is typically used to meet environmental and recyclable requirements. By connecting the handle production unit and the handle inserting unit in series within the paper bag machine, the handles can be made with either round or flat rope, achieving integrated production. Compared to paper bags produced by fully automatic roll fed paper bag machines, these bags can be made with thicker paper, resulting in a more textured feel, richer colors, and a fold-over top, making the bags more aesthetically pleasing and able to withstand greater weight.
4.Roll to sheet fed paper bag machine
The roll to sheet paper bag machine was independently developed by Zenbo Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2019 and was awarded the title of China's first major technical equipment. The first generation roll to sheet paper bag machine has a dual paper feeding function and can quickly switch between the two paper feeding modes within 15 minutes.so that the machine can adapt to the paper after flexo printing in the roll feeding mode; the paper after offset printing suits the sheet feeding mode. This reduces the number of paper loading and paper change downtimes, reducing labor intensity. However, the maximum speed of this machine is 80pcs/min, which is not a small gap with the speed of the roll paper bag.
Therefore, Zenbo developed a high-speed roll to sheet paper bag machine in 2023. This model is specialized in single roll feeding mode and is equipped with a top folding process, through the design of a variety of integrated structure and components, the operating speed of the roll-to-sheet paper bag machine is greatly enhanced. The maximum speed of the machine is 100pcs/min, the same speed as the reel machine. In terms of efficiency, it is the same as the reel machine, and in terms of function, it is more powerful than the reel machine, so it is favored by the users.
