ZB1200CS-430ES Full-servo Paper Bag Machine, Official Debut Attracted Attention

The whole machine adopts 52 servo motors, which can achieve high precision and fast one-key size changing, and at the same time, it can also ensure the high efficiency of up to 7,200 bags/hour paper bag production speed.

ZB1200CS-430ES adopts the whole machine full servo design, can control the servo motor through mobile devices to achieve quick size changing, can be Ipad, mobile phones, etc., which is convenient for users to control and adjust the machine from a distance in multiple scenarios. When switching different sizes, you can flexibly store the real-time adjustment information, a key to save the adjusted paper bag size information, convenient for the next time to use, commonly used between the paper bag data can be completed in only 15 minutes to quickly switch, saving a lot of time to adjust the machine and improve efficiency.

Based on the original ZB1200CS-430S, ZB1200CS-430ES expands the size range of paper bags, the organ width is upgraded from 80-175mm in year 2024 to 60-180mm now, which can satisfy the customers' requirements for more customised paper bags.

Adopting a variety of integrated parts design, it can guarantee the precision of paper bag production on the original basis, ensuring that the size deviation of paper bag is ≤±1.5mm while producing at high speed. Compared with ZB1200CS-430S, the speed is increased by more than 30%.

ZB1200CS-430ES still retains the characteristics of ZB1200CS-430S which is mainly used to produce gift bags for tobacco, alcohol, milk products, beverages, etc. It is suitable for 190-300gsm paper.
