At the just concluded Beijing exhibition, the ZB700RS-250 fully automatic paper bag machine with handles developed by Zenbo was officially unveiled. With a bag-making speed of 6060 paper bags per hour and stable bag-making accuracy, the machine provides efficient solutions for the beverage delivery packaging field, and its on-site operation has attracted the attention of many paper bag manufacturers.

As an intelligent machine for single-cup beverage production, the ZB700RS-250 adopts an advanced roll feeding paper system. Through automatic cutting unit, the roll paper is automatically cut into single sheets, and then the paper bag production is completed through multiple processes such as automatic twist rope handle making and pasting, assistant creasing,tube forming,bottom forming. During the production process, the equipment uses a laser positioning system to ensure that the cutting error of each piece of paper is ≤0.1mm, and the error between the sizes of each paper bag is ≤2mm. It is equipped with an intelligent controlled hot melt adhesive system to make the sealing strength reach 1.5 times the industry standard. The produced paper bags will not overflow glue, avoiding pollution of the air in the paper bags.

In terms of technological innovation, the equipment is equipped with high-precision servo drive rotary blade sheeting unit , which increases the production speed by 40% compared with traditional models. The integrated component design allows the machine to maintain high stability while maintaining high speed operation. In response to the environmental protection needs of the beverage industry, the equipment is compatible with 100-190 gsm food-grade coated paper and supports the processing of degradable materials, which is perfectly suitable for the production of paper bags with standard cup sizes of 12-20 ounces.

This model is specially adapted to the handle production unit of corresponding sizes, and coupled with the folding mouth process.
